Léocadie ÉBAKISSÉ

Founder & CEO of Talents Awake

A woman of vision and commitment, Léocadie Ebakissé has many strings to her bow and constantly juggles her two professions: executive coaching for leaders and executives, and facilitating pan-African and international events.

With 20 years of experience working for major corporations, she founded Talents Awake in 2015, a consulting agency specializing in transformation strategies and influence development.

Driven by a dynamic focused on the concepts of Transformation, Transmission, and Influence, Léocadie supports leaders and decision-makers in Europe and Africa in conducting and facilitating their strategic transformations and positioning.

A certified Global Coach, narrative practitioner, and creator of the TRIBE'S Method, she advises major CAC40 companies as well as SMEs and international associations. Léocadie also works with prestigious universities and international campuses to raise awareness and support the young leaders of tomorrow.

A speaker and the first Black woman to obtain the professional master of ceremonies certification, Léocadie acts as an expert presenter and moderator at business, corporate, and institutional events, both in person and online. She hosts round tables, debates, and panels to enable decision-makers and organizations to showcase their projects and vision, thereby benefiting as many people as possible.

Léocadie is the author of the book Les rythmes de l’Ambition (The Rhythms of Ambition, to be published in 2025). She produces and hosts the programs ALTER EGO© and Inspiring Entrepreneurs©, which explore the concepts of leadership and alliances.
