Mentoring Program
Tailored one-on-one sessions
The association offers individual mentoring sessions as well as group master classes taught by experts, for personal, professional, and entrepreneurial development.
These individual sessions are designed to support each mentee in their professional development. They provide an opportunity to clarify or restructure their plans, develop a concrete action plan to achieve short-term goals, and define or strengthen their positioning in their field of expertise.
The Voice and Vision Program – Women in Media
Inspired by the career path of Rachel SUMBU, who began her career in media through a mentoring program followed by training in multimedia journalism, the “Voix & Vision – Femmes dans les médias” (Voice & Vision – Women in Media) program is aimed exclusively at women who want to succeed in this sector. The aim is to share experience and expertise with them, with the support of mentors and specialists in the field, and above all, to provide them with the essential tools to develop in this sector, increase their visibility, leadership, and self-confidence.
This intensive three-month program combines individual sessions and group masterclasses led by mentors, journalists, and established experts from the media and communications sectors.
Cohort 1 - October to December 2025
The first cohort of the “Voix & Vision – Femmes dans les médias” (Voice & Vision – Women in Media) program, running from October to December 2025, is being launched in collaboration with the association Think Greater as part of its “Think Greater” program. >Think Greater as part of its “Ubuntu'Mentors” program.
As part of this personalized mentoring program, the Think Greater association guides its mentees toward specialized career paths based on their aspirations. This explains the collaboration around “Voix & Vision – Femmes dans les médias” (Voice & Vision – Women in the Media), which complements the sessions already offered by Ubuntu'Mentors.
Cohorte 2 - 2026

Cohort 1 - October to December 2025
La première cohorte du programme « Voix & Vision – Femmes dans les médias » allant d’octobre à décembre 2025, est parrainée par l’Honorable Romain-Landry BUSSA MBULE, Député National Élu de Budjala en République Démocratique du Congo.
Cette première cohorte bénéficiera également du marrainage de Madame Nadine KOUAMOUO, Productrice exécutive et Directrice du Média Muntu.
