I Will Arise is an international association operating between Europe and Africa, dedicated to empowering young people, developing female leadership, and strengthening ties of cooperation between the two continents.
It was born out of a mindset, a deep conviction:
No matter what my current situation is, tomorrow I will get up and move forward.
Founded in 2022 by Rachel Sumbu, a Franco-Congolese journalist activist, moderator, and public relations consultant, the association draws inspiration from her career marked by resilience, social commitment, and a strong interest in international cooperation. Rachel knows from experience that believing in yourself and having support can change your life.
