Carmen FEVILIYÉ

GLOBAL AFRICA journalist

A business lawyer specializing in OHADA law, journalist, communications specialist, and audiovisual producer, Carmen Féviliyé embodies a new generation of multidimensional African women at the crossroads of law, media, and economic diplomacy.

Through its numerous initiatives, it works tirelessly to make Africa's voice heard, promote its talents, and strengthen its place in international legal, economic, and cultural debates.

With dual expertise in law and journalism, she works as a consultant on business law and the investment climate in sub-Saharan Africa, with a particular focus on the OHADA region, where her analyses and contributions are considered authoritative.

At the same time, she has established herself as a key figure in the Afro-Francophone media landscape, notably through the program “3EN1 Afrique,” which she produces and presents on Global Africa Telesud (Free, Bouygues, Canal+ Afrique, StarTimes). This original program, which covers business, culture, and politics, gives a voice to decision-makers, thinkers, and actors on the continent, with a demanding but accessible approach focused on economic education and African expertise.

Carmen is also the founder and editor-in-chief of AAFC (Actualité Afrique Centrale), a committed digital media outlet that highlights the political, economic, and social dynamics of Central African countries, which are often overlooked by the international community. Former secretary general of the International Union of the Francophone Press, France section, she now serves as administrator in charge of economic Francophonie, helping to build bridges between Francophone media and African economic development issues.
